We carry out Periodic Inspections for rental properties e.g. student lets etc. Landlords are required by law to have regular electrical safety checks. This may also be an insurance requirement for commercial properties and issue NICEIC Periodic Inspection certificates

Testing of portable appliances

Under Section 6, Health and Safety at Work act 1974, all portable appliances should be tested periodically, consequently there is a legal requirement to test all appliances connected to electrical supply.
